Evening Worship

What is it like?

Usually Reflective

When is it?

Second Sundays, 6:30pm

We are currently holding one evening service each month, normally, but not always, on the fourth Sundays of the month. These services will often be led by Rev. Philip Peacock or Rev. Louise Gough but from time to time will be led by a local preacher or visiting minister. Services start at 6:30 pm and may be in the main church or the quiet room which is opposite the car park entrance.

The service will be reflective and may use Iona or Taize material. From time to time we offer alternative worship formats such as discussions on a theme.

We may use recorded hymns, live music from the Singers or a small worship band. Traditional hymns or modern contemporary songs may be featured.

Please check upcoming services for dates.

We invite you to continue to wear a face covering to minimise the spread of Covid-19 and we will ventilate the worship space. Please maintain some social distancing between yourself and other worshippers that you do not regularly meet.
