Services from May 2021

Sunday 30th May

10:30am : Morning Worship in the building and via Zoom with Revd Sarah Parkin

Welcome to worship! The Rev Sarah Parkin led this morning's worship and we were delighted to welcome her for the first time to our building to hear her reflections on Trinity Sunday. Sarah chose John 3: 1-17 for her Bible reading. We were also privileged to hear Mrs Wendy Turner speak about Amnesty International, who this year celebrate their 60th Anniversary. Wendy explained how a sermon at our church by Pastor Richard Wurmbrand inspired her and some friends to found the local group of Amnesty International which is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year. You can find the local group's celebratory video at https://youtu.be/woYbg0KdtAk and hear a little more about the campaigns with which they have been associated.
