The Lord is near. Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which passes all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4 v 5-7
Prayer is just ‘talking to God’- a request for help, an expression of thanks, seeking forgiveness or expressing praise to God. It can be spoken, silent or sung….. and while we are offering to join our voices with yours, above all be assured that anyone can pray whether you consider yourself a “praying person” or not!
Draw near to God and he will draw near to you. James 4 v 8
